We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager. Ideal candidates will have experience managing marketing campaigns within an advertising or marketing agency. Candidates must reside within a commuting distance of Detroit, Dallas or Chicago.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the day-to-day management and execution of all workflow in collaboration with key Agency cross-functional teams
  • Responsible for helping to prioritize projects and deliverables
  • Keeper of the cross-functional team’s schedules and owner of resourcing and workflow management
  • Develop project critical paths and timelines
  • Manage job jackets & job-level budgets, ensuring completion of programs within estimated hours and costs
  • Work closely with Finance leads to support overall billing and budget management
  • Maintain and update necessary reporting
  • Quality control and mitigate risk
  • Internal systems expert and keeper of process
  • Responsible for billing and workflow systems & training/implementation
  • Contribute to ongoing process refinements and ways of working
SKILL SETS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field
  • 5-7 years of marketing or advertising experience, agency or project management experience preferred
  • Experience in retail is a plus
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines, multitask and work well under pressure
  • Detail orientation and ability to ensure that projects are developed in line with client’s brand style and guidelines
  • Ability to lead and drive alignment across teams and seniority levels
  • Proactive nature in the seeking of work/responsibility
  • Dependability in execution of work and as member of assigned team
  • Enthusiastic, solution-oriented attitude in accepting work/new challenges
  • Desire to learn all aspects of the assigned client scope of work and tactics
  • Effective interpersonal skills working well across functions
  • Conscientious work ethic

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $82,740 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
